OUT LOUD is dedicated to establishing and embodying a culture of  communication, empathy, and care rooted in Awareness, Connection, & Trust. Learn more about OUT LOUD's growing Holistic and Logistic "Pathways & Policies".
The following are living documents. They are designed to be pro-active vs. reactive - fostered and cared for, able to be easily and consistently engaged with and discussed, continually questioned, and ongoingly developed.

The concepts of Session Agreements, Harm Prevention, Harm Reduction, Relationship Repair, & the creation of an Anti-Racist Ethos were introduced by Nicole Brewer and her Anti-Racist Theatre Practices.
OUT LOUD is dedicated to fostering safe spaces for all artists to create, collaborate, and build community together as we explore and share our collaborative work as an ensemble through Holistic & Logistic Pathways & Policies, rooted in ANTI-RACIST, ANTI-OPRESSIVE, & ANTI-HARASSMENT practices. These Pathways & Policies are not possible without confirming our commitment to combating and denouncing white supremacy, racism, and bigotry in all of its forms. It is not possible without addressing the abuses of power within our community and our industry, unequivocally standing with all those who have bravely come forward and demanded sustainable change. We stand with all those fighting against racial injustice and police brutality. We stand with all those effected by sexual harassment, assault, and the expansive and pervasive abuses of power that disproportionally effect Queer Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC). We stand in solidarity and support of all Queer, BIPOC ensemble members, communities, and global majority individuals. OUT LOUD is dedicated to actively and openly fighting for representation, equity, and diversity of race, identity, ability, neurodiversity, and sexuality; combating sexism, ableism, ageism, heteronormativity, gender binarism, and transphobia. We show our support for the movements and organizations that are holding vital space for our communities through our Pathways & Policies ​- striving to make this world a more equitable place rooted in empathy and justice.
