Question & Answer:
1. What happened? What harm occurred? What was the event, etc?
2. What are the immediate and long term needs that need to be addressed / met? What are your needs that arose from what happened?
3. Who is responsible for addressing and/or fulfilling those needs? How do they need to be addressed publicly and privately? Whose responsibility is it to meet these needs?
4. How can restitution be provided / what needs to be done to repair the harm that was done? What do we need / need to do to repair the harm so that it doesn't happen again? How do you feel you can gain restitution for the harm that occurred?
