Defining Capacity
Creating space to understand our own capacity, OUT LOUD will meet you "where you are at". There are no predetermined criteria established to be able to participate in our process - we are passionate about creating opportunities to individually and collectively learn what our own mental, physical, spatial, and emotional boundaries are at any given point in a process. The health, safety, and wellbeing of all involved guides our collective and collaborative decisions and ways of working together.
