  • No Minor should be left alone after any/all sessions related to production.
    • Minors are responsible for arranging appropriate and prompt transportation to and from any/all sessions related to production while the appropriate designated Creative Team members are responsible for making sure all Minors are accounted for in their journey to and from any/all sessions related to production.
  • The designated party for each OUT LOUD session should check in with all Minors upon Check-In to confirm they have been dropped off / arrived on time and upon Check-Out to confirm they have been picked up / have safely left each session.

SPACE

  • No Minors are allowed to leave the designated "main area" of an OUT LOUD session without a Major.
  • Three dressing room stations must be made available (all gender neutral); one for Majors, one for Minors, and a special changing station for extra privacy and has a one person max capacity.
    • Must provide an open call for Minors 30 min prior to the main call to provide access to these spaces first.
      • Minors are able to get ready without pressure.
      • Designated Creative Team members must be called with them so they aren’t alone in these spaces and can make sure they get their time without interruption from any Majors.
    • All dressing room/bathroom doors should be closed, and locked if possible, when Minors are dressing.

SUBSTANCES

  • All Minors are not permitted to smoke (cigarettes, vapes, pre-rolls) or take part in any type/form of recreational mind altering substances or liquids at any point while engaging with an OUT LOUD session.

  • When in the presence of Minors, all Majors are not permitted to smoke (cigarettes, vapes, pre-rolls) or take part in any type/form of recreational mind altering substances or liquids at any point while engaging with an OUT LOUD session.

  • Minors are not permitted to accept any type of pain reliever at any point while on campus without written permission from a legal Parent and/or Guardian in advance. This permission would need to be submitted to the Stage Managers and cleared with the Creative Team before any type of pain reliever was accepted.
