OUT LOUD Harm Reduction & Awareness Intake Form
Your safety and wellbeing are the most important aspects of any collaborative process. If at any time during a process you feel unsafe, harmed, or your boundaries have been crossed, violated, or not considered - we offer this resource to help hold space for your experience and provide a direct pathway forward.
The purpose of this form is for any member of OUT LOUD to be able to directly communicate with Leadership and OUT LOUD's Collaborative Panel as we strive to offer a clear and confidential/anonymous space to hear your experience. From there we will:
- a) Address the situation in alignment with OUT LOUD's Pathways & Policies
- b) Work to understand what your immediate needs are / what you may need to feel safe at this time; and
- c) Address / provide immediate & long term pathways forward together
In addition, OUT LOUD is dedicated to maintaining your full autonomy in regards to the decisions made and what you feel comfortable sharing, discussing, and implementing as next steps.
